2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes or estimates provided are based on information available at the time of issuance. Final pricing may vary if additional work, materials, or unforeseen issues are identified during the service. Any changes will be communicated to the client prior to proceeding.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. While we strive to meet requested times, delays may occur. Clients will be notified of any changes or adjustments as soon as possible.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, e-transfer, or approved business accounts. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Warranty

We provide a standard warranty on workmanship. Product warranties are provided directly by manufacturers and may vary. Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations, or external factors.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide safe access to the property, equipment, and electrical systems. Any hazardous or unsafe conditions must be disclosed in advance.

7. Liability

While we exercise care and follow all applicable codes, Electro-City Inc. is not liable for:

• Pre-existing electrical issues
• Hidden defects behind walls, ceilings, or equipment
• Damage resulting from code violations, improper installations by third parties, or altered wiring
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. Cancellations without notice may be subject to service fees.

9. Use of Website

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, and logos—belongs to Electro-City Inc. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
